Couldn't agree more! I am working with a number of companies and was trying to articulate that "AI has changed everything but not in the way people expect". The framework you articulate sits smack in the middle of my hypothesis. The model is super important (if you are able to build and support models) but for the rest of us "mere mortals" then the key is how we use that machine intelligence to serve the customer better, faster and use the competitions size, strength etc... against them. Very Jiu-Jitsu!
